The St. Regis Moscow Nikolskaya 5*

Perfect location with a gorgeous, spacious room and a very high ceiling.

The only thing we could fault were the cracks on the huge windows, which looked unsafe.

We would like to express how the butler services made us feel right at home with success thanks in great part to Julia, who personally made that happen.

We are very grateful for main restaurant administrator, Orozgul, who was so cordial.

Every breakfast, during our 2 weeks stay, she would meet with everyone with a smile that impressed us on how attentive she was to all guests, as well as remembered their preferences.

She did an excellent job!

Additional gratitude to the hotel for their complimentary services, overall it was a pleasant experience.
