Rude staff, dirty hotel areas (restaurant! cracked glasses!) and rooms, as well as linen and towels. During the day they barely had ice for soft drinks, always warm bear in the evening. No drinkable coffee in bars or restaurants. If you need something always keep cash, otherwise you'll get nothing from their 5 star service. Food variety is poor, local "shef de cuisine" makes 5 different dished out of one ;).
