A wonderful vacantion! The service is at the high level, very attentive and polite!The general manager of Guest Relation was very friendly and receptive at our requirements. Ukrainan girl Natalia if I don't make a mistake, from Guest Relation was very persuadable, positive and mannerly. We were very lucky to receive a very nice room in the bungalow opposite the sea. Our room's panorama was amasing and sublime. The same is with seascape. The sea has some corals and a lot of different fish. The food was normal, you could find something on your taste,but don't try please to compare with the Turkish "all inclusive" of 5 stars Ultra All Inclusive or All Inclusive, it's something different, but quite well. I want to mention that, in the Christmas night on 25th December, the food in the Main Restaurant was absolutly different, it was plenty of differnt kind of meals, an abundance of sea food and a diversity of desserts. The decoration also was charming and cheerful. In the same night was organised in the main conference hall a pleasent concert with dance and music, cocktails and little presents. We also visited 2 restaurants A la cart -Aian and Italian. The photos will be attached. In Asian Restaurant the view is disarming because it is situated on the seaside. The food was good, of course somethig unusual for us,cocos soupe, duck breast,fried calamar rings, rice chips are some of the meals and the dessert was delectable. Italian A la cart was also agreeable.The meals were closer for us - roast beef with tasty souce and gravy, fried fish with vegetables, some soups and salads, delicious desserts. But the most that we remained impressed it was beef carpacio, it was amasing and the best side was that you could order it as many times as you wanted. Some words about beverages- all the drinks are local Egiptians - for free, if you want smth from import it is extra charge. From local, I can mention that beer and wine were pleasurable. You have to try and to decide for yourselves what is suitable for you. Because last year ,in another Egiptian hotel, that had also only Egiptian alchool and we drink only it, we had problems with stomach, this year, we decided to buy some bottles that we prefer from duty free. It's up to you! For lively and active adulds there were entartainment activities. Tennis, bocia, dart, billiard, pilates or gymnastcs (or yoga, I don't pay attention, I am not sure) and of course, my favourite is dancing ( every evening DJ, some times belly dancer or singer) - all are free (only be attentive with the balls of tennis, they easily disapper and you must pay for them). For kids, there was a little Kids Club. They had some activities there but for my 10 years old child it wasn't so interesting. In that period, in December weren't a lot of children in general. I think this hotel is more suitable for adults because of its concept and beacause of relief. The hotel has 3 seasides and 3 different beaches but the enter in the sea is cliffy, that's why it has special plastic pontoon for confortable diving or swimming. As you know, in December the sun goes down about 5 o'clock, that's why, at 4 o'clock the pontoon begins to close, the same situation is with beach restaurant (that serves nice pizzas, salads, burgers, ice cream, etc) and the service is finished at this time ,too.
