ЗАСЕЛЕННЯ

Ми приїхали біля 11 ранку натхненні і з валізами. Їх одразу ввічливо попросили залишити біля охорони і чекати своєї черги для заселення. Офіційно воно мало початись із 14:00. Отож ми пішли на пошуки пригод обдивлюватись все.

Одразу вразила масштабність готелю: багато басейнів, десятки номерів, відпочинкові зони, бари із коктейлями, три ресторани, спортзал і головне продумана зручність. Бо щоб не ходити сотні метрів є ліфт, який спускає тебе одразу до моря. Поки ми це все обдивились минула година і нас поселили швидше.

Адміністратор Mohmed F. O. - приємний чоловік і просто сонце цього готелю! Він професіонал своєї справи. Це людина, яка завжди своєю порадою та посмішкою допомагала нам одразу. Також хочемо відзначити дружелюбну і завжди привітну італійку goststation Джусі. Вона швидко роз’яснила нам правила і стала подругою. Дякуємо ще Ользі, яка піклувалась про нас від початку і на кінці відпочинку допомогла зробити check-out пізнішим.

ЇЖА

Ну що Вам сказати, Я стала маленьким колобком;). Тут просто величезна різноманітність їжі і все працює у форматі шведських столів. Дуже класно, що кожен кухар, який готує їжу одночасно і подає її для гостей. У мене вже навіть є улюбленці кухарі. Я просто обожнюю пасту, яку готує кухар Саїд. Макарон їм лише в Італії і в голодний рік вдома;) Та тут незважаючи, які є головні страви, обід це чи вечеря - я обов’язково йшла по його пасту і побажати гарного дня.

Найкраще те, що тут стараються для тебе. Кожного дня головний шеф ходить все перевіряє, питає людей як їм і удосконалюється. Завжди придумують щось нове. До прикладу, одного дня стоїть 1,5м тунець в залі і показують як його готуватимуть, іншого дня шаурма, третього курка під авторським солодким маринадом. Морозиво, шоколадні еклери, рис, шпинат і фаршировані помідори. А ще мої улюблені французькі тости і пончики з шоколадом. Просто обожнюємо їхні свіжоспечені круасани і гостру турецьку піцу, яку готує Aly. О Боги! Це потрібно спробувати!

Щедрість, витонченість і посмішки. Тут працюють найкращі кухарі і я просто закохалась в їхню професійність та легкість в роботі з клієнтами. Особливо хочу відзначити улюбленого кухаря Mohamed KIT ( стоїть на фруктах ) він завжди якісно, швидко та в задоволення виконує свою роботу. Повірте забрала б його в Україну з ногами і руками ;)

Щодо напоїв і бару тут трохи інша ситуація. Звичайно не можна розраховувати на якісний алкоголь і напої. Мінусом особисто для нас була величезна кількість пластику, ці стаканчики були повсюди. Коли ми приходили зі своїми еко-чашками нам не завжди погоджувались налити в них.

Особлива подяка барменам, які старались зробити з всього щось смачне. І це виходило! Дякуємо Abd El Sabour!

НОМЕР

Ми жили в номері 5272. В номері є все і навіть більше! Велике ліжко, на вигляд давні меблі, три величезних дзеркала. Балкон зі столиком та стільцями із виглядом на море, квіти та ті величезні пальми. Ще дуже класно, що міні бар постійно наповнювався. А це соки, вода та вафелькі. От Вам і сувеніри додому:))

Прибирання було щодня. Нам дивували тими черепахами з рушників та квітами з листочками. Дякуємо, Ahmed за твої старання, іспанську та постійну посмішку! Також хочемо відзначити Mahmoud HK за ввічливість та круту роботу з клієнтами. «Слава Україні» чула як проходила повз постійно;)

МОРЕ

Найголовніше! Воно красиве і живе! Біля готелю величезна кількість риб (бували навіть скати), кольорові колари та достойна глибина. А ще чистота, воно неймовірно прозоре. Продовж відпочинку ми взяли ще один тур ( про нього згодом ) і там я вперше занурювалась під воду. Дайвінг:) І знаєте що, краса біля готелю в рази більша ніж місце до якого ми дві години плили катером.

Ну і як без людей? Рятувальники - це хлопці професіонали, які завжди на посту і ми самі бачили як оперативно вони рятували людину. З ними я почувало безпечно у воді. А це при тому, що тільки тут вперше зайшла на глибину і щей плавала з маскою. Дякуємо, Mohamed та Mahmoud. Мало того хлопці пішли з нами гуляти, показали місто і щей пригостили смачним, єгипетським пивом.

АНІМАТОРИ

Це дівчата і хлопці, які стараються, щоб Ваш відпочинок був класним. Вони веселі і їх постійно всюди видно. Так,що тут на Вас чекатиме: зумба, танець живота, йога і вечірня програма. Це може бути жива кубинська музика, дискотека чи концерт в їхньому амфітеатрі. Ми бачили «Міс Готелю» та «Пара Готелю». Насправді, були вражені низьким контентом. Конкурсами, де дівчина показує з себе курку і доносить яйце в стаканчик колінами. Де все зводиться до сексу та вульгарності. Проте людям смішно і весело, тому тут справа особиста.

Також хочемо сказати про музику. Для мене це було найсумніше. Зараз в готелі живе біля 75% українців та Казахстан, Узбекистан. І увесь час грає російська музика і то 2010 років. Було таке враження, що все роблять для «русо-турісто». Були б раді послухати єгипетську чи арабську музику.

ЕКСКУРСІЇ «Coral Club»

Те, що не сподобалось найбільше. Екскурсії, які коштують великі гроші і не відповідають дійсності. Ми купили тур «VIP Морська прогулянка». Яка із 08:00-17:00.

Нам обіцяли і що ми отримали:

Місце де з’єднується три моря. Де найсоленіша вода і температура 29 градусів. Казали, що там ми будемо купатись, бо це місце із найпрекраснішим тваринним світом та коралами. — Насправді, це місце де глибина 750м і там можуть занурюватись лише професійні дайвери. А ще там все кишить акулами, тому хоч з тваринним світом не збрехав.

Заповідник, як окрема краса. — Цей «акулячий риф» і є заповідником. Так, що на катері мигом дві справи за одну зробите!

Таємничий острів. Цей острів настільки таємничий, шо його нема. Отож із катеру Ви переміщаєтесь на човен. Через воду Ви всі мокрі і хто додумався взяти з собою рушник - просто геній. (бо сказали, що жодних речей не потрібно). Потім підпливаєте до місце де глибина вище колін, Вам кажуть, що це острів і Ви пливете назад. Вода холодна, телефон в руках і вітер віє.

Був ще дайвінг і місце де купатись. Дайвінг минув класно. З нами працювали професіонали і ми вдячні. Щей фотосесію під водою зробили

Звичайно закінчилась програма на годину швидше, але нас гарно погодували, то у дякуємо і за це. Екскурсію нам порадив екскурсовод Віктор.

А ще він зробив для нас величезний подарунок - безкоштовну ранкову екскурсію Шарм Ель Шейхом. З 08:00-13:00. Ну, шо Вам сказати - це жах. Пів дня в нікуди. Нас привезли в магазин «Меха і Кожа», в парфумерію, одяг і олійки. Той чорний тмин нам вже продавали всі Свєти і Олі Єгипту. На це пішло близько 2 годин. Ще годину ми заїжджали до готелів по людей. Потім 10 хв здалеку подивитись на мечеть, бо всередину не можна заходити, величезний гарний музей на 15 хв і звичайно ще 20 хв в магазині солодощів. Це не приємно, коли тебе мають за гаманець. І + 1 годину розвозили всіх назад, о 13:54 ми були в готелі, о 14:00 закінчується час обіду.

Коли трансфер відвозив назад в аеропорт, ми виїхали на годину швидше, бо знову цілий автобус відвезли в той самий магазин солодощів.

ЗАГАЛЬНЕ ВРАЖЕННЯ, МІНУСИ ГОТЕЛЮ

Ми задоволені готелем, ми вражені персоналом та атмосферою романтичного відпочинку, який створили для нас. Це дійсно було класно. Для нас старались і ми це відчували. Робили компліменти, приносили фрукти і завжди питали, як ми. Інтер’єр чудовий, екстер’єр ще кращий. Кожного дня прибирають, стрижуть і поливають газони. Це готель за яким доглядають і ми це помічали. Зелена зона і пляж класні. Зранку бігати і займатись йогою одне задоволення.

Із мінусів:

Поганий Інтернет. Точніше в нашому номері його взагалі не було. Поговорити з рідними - це справа, яка була майже impossible. Якщо Ви їдете із метою працювати онлайн - це буде важко.

Лише один басейн гріється, і то вода в морі тепліша.

Алкоголь і напої, як мінус.

Музика особисто для мене і деякі вечірні програми, як мінус.

Та кальян, який не працює через ковід. Та це ми розуміємо, що не залежить від готелю.

Незважаючи на це, цей готель я б порадила рідним і б поїхала в нього ще раз із задоволенням! Дякуємо кожному, хто потурбувся про нас. Це велика любов і ми дуже вдячні

We want to tell you about the fun "Habibi", the most delicious pizza in our lives and the sea in which we want to live.

SETTLEMENT

We arrived around 11 am inspired and with suitcases. They were immediately politely asked to leave the guard and wait their turn to settle. Officially, it was supposed to start at 14:00. So we went in search of adventures to see everything.

Immediately impressed by the scale of the hotel: many swimming pools, dozens of rooms, recreation areas, cocktail bars, three restaurants, gym and most importantly thoughtful convenience. Because in order not to walk hundreds of meters there is an elevator that takes you straight to the sea. While we looked at it all last hour and settled us faster.

Administrator Mohmed F. O. - a nice man and just the sun of this hotel! He is a professional. This is a person who always helped us immediately with his advice and smile. We also want to mention the friendly and always friendly Italian goststation Jussie. She quickly explained the rules to us and became a friend. Thanks also to Olga, who took care of us from the beginning and at the end of the holiday helped to make the check-out later.

FOOD

Well, what can I tell you, I became a little gingerbread man;). There is just a huge variety of food and everything works in the format of buffets. It is very cool that every chef who prepares food at the same time and serves it to guests. I even have favorite cooks. I just love the pasta that chef Said makes. They only eat pasta in Italy and at home on a hungry year;) But here, no matter what the main dishes are, lunch or dinner - I definitely went for his pasta and wish him a good day.

The best thing here is trying for you. Every day the chief chef goes and checks everything, asks people how they are and improves. They always come up with something new. For example, one day there is 1.5 m of tuna in the hall and they show how it will be cooked, another day shawarma, the third chicken under the author's sweet marinade. Ice cream, chocolate eclairs, rice, spinach and stuffed tomatoes. And my favorite French toasts and donuts with chocolate. We just adore their freshly baked croissants and spicy Turkish pizza prepared by Aly. Oh God! It's a must try!

Generosity, elegance and smiles. The best chefs work here and I just fell in love with their professionalism and ease of working with clients. I especially want to mention my favorite chef Mohamed KIT (standing on fruit), he always does his job well, quickly and with pleasure. Believe me, I would take him to Ukraine with legs and arms;)

As for drinks and the bar, the situation is a bit different. Of course, you can not count on quality alcohol and beverages. The downside for us personally was the huge amount of plastic, these cups were everywhere. When we came with our eco-cups we did not always agree to pour into them.

Special thanks to the bartenders who tried to make something delicious out of everything. And it worked out! Thank you Abd El Sabor!

NUMBER

We lived in room 5272. The room has everything and even more! Large bed, old furniture in appearance, three huge mirrors. Balcony with table and chairs overlooking the sea, flowers and those huge palm trees. It is also very cool that the mini bar was constantly filled. And these are juices, water and waffles. Here's to you and souvenirs home :))

Cleaning was daily. We were amazed by those turtles made of towels and flowers with leaves. Thank you, Ahmed for your efforts, Spanish and constant smile! We would also like to commend Mahmoud HK for his courtesy and hard work with clients. "Glory to Ukraine" heard passing by constantly;)

SEA

The most important thing! It is beautiful and alive! Near the hotel a huge number of fish (there were even stingrays), colored collars and a decent depth. And cleanliness, it is incredibly transparent. During the rest we took another tour (about him later) and there I plunged underwater for the first time. Diving :) And you know what, the beauty near the hotel is many times greater than the place to which we sailed for two hours by boat.

Well, how without people? Rescuers are professional guys who are always on duty and we ourselves have seen how quickly they rescued a person. With them I felt safe in the water. And this despite the fact that only here for the first time went to the depths and still swam with a mask. Thank you, Mohamed and Mahmoud. Not only that, the guys went for a walk with us, showed the city and treated us to a delicious, Egyptian beer.

ANIMATORS

These are girls and boys who try to make your vacation cool. They are fun and they are always visible everywhere. So, what will be waiting for you here: zumba, belly dancing, yoga and evening program. It can be live Cuban music, a disco or a concert in their amphitheater. We saw "Miss Hotel" and "Couple Hotel". In fact, they were impressed by the low content. Contests where a girl shows off a chicken and brings an egg into a cup with her knees. Where it all comes down to sex and vulgarity. However, people are funny and fun, so it's a personal matter.

We also want to talk about music. It was the saddest thing for me. Currently, about 75% of Ukrainians and Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan live in the hotel. And Russian music is playing all the time, even in 2010. It seemed that everything was done for "Russian tourists". We would love to listen to Egyptian or Arabic music.

EXCURSION

Coral Club

What I didn't like the most. Excursions that cost a lot of money and do not correspond to reality. We bought a tour "VIP Sea Walk". Which is from 08: 00-17: 00.

We were also promised what we received:

A place where three seas meet. Where the saltiest water and a temperature of 29 degrees. They said that we would swim there, because it is a place with the most beautiful fauna and corals. - In fact, this is a place where the depth is 750 m and only professional divers can dive there. And everything there is full of sharks, so at least he did not lie to the animal world.

Reserve as a separate beauty. - This "shark reef" is a reserve. So, do two things on the boat in an instant!

Mysterious island. This island is so mysterious that it does not exist. So from the boat you move to the boat. You are all wet because of the water and whoever thought of bringing a towel is just a genius. (because they said no things needed). Then you swim to a place where the depth is above the knees, you are told that it is an island and you sail back. The water is cold, the phone is in his hands and the wind is blowing.

There was also diving and a place to swim. The diving went great. Professionals worked with us and we are grateful. Another underwater photo shoot was done

Of course, the program ended an hour faster, but we were well fed, so thank you for that. The tour was advised to us by the guide Victor.

And he made us a huge gift - a free morning tour of Sharm El Sheikh. From 08: 00-13: 00. Well, what can I tell you - it's awful. Half a day to nowhere. We were brought to the Fur and Leather store, to perfumes, clothes and oils. That black cumin has already been sold to us by all the Saints and Oils of Egypt. It took about 2 hours. Another hour we drove to hotels for people. Then 10 minutes to look at the mosque from afar, because you can not go inside, a huge beautiful museum for 15 minutes and of course another 20 minutes in a candy store. It's not nice when you have a wallet. And +1 hour drove everyone back, at 13:54 we were at the hotel, at 14:00 lunch time ends.

When the transfer took us back to the airport, we left an hour faster, because again the whole bus was taken to the same sweets shop.

OVERALL IMPRESSION, CONS OF THE HOTEL

We are satisfied with the hotel, we are impressed by the staff and the atmosphere of a romantic holiday created for us. It was really cool. They tried for us and we felt it. They complimented, brought fruit and always asked how we were. The interior is beautiful, the exterior is even better. Every day the lawns are cleaned, mown and watered. This is a hotel that is cared for and we noticed it. The green area and the beach are cool. Running in the morning and doing yoga is a pleasure.

Of the minuses:

Bad Internet. More precisely, it was not in our room at all. Talking to relatives is a matter that was almost impossible. If you go to work online - it will be difficult.

Only one pool is heated, and the water in the sea is warmer.

Alcohol and drinks as a minus.

Music for me personally and some evening programs as a minus.

And a hookah that doesn't work because of the hood. But we understand that it does not depend on the hotel.

Despite this, I would recommend this hotel to my family and would go to it again with pleasure! Thank you to everyone who took care of us. This is great love and we are very grateful ❤️
