Memories Flamenco Beach Resort 5*

Отдыхаем в отеле Memories Flamenco Cayo-coco с 11 по 22 июня 2021 года. Самое красивое здесь океан, еда относительная, но самое ужасное, что здесь воруют уборщицы в номерах, у меня на второй день отдыха пропал бальзам для волос, детские плавки, потом через два дня зарядное устройство и консиллер. Реакция сотрудников отеля нулевая, сказали, что разберутся вещей своих даже не ждите, очень неприятно, отдых испорчен и никто никак не реагирует и не предпринимает никаких действий. Получается в сейфе надо хранить даже вещи, так как у них дефицит на Кубе. Очень неприятно.

Данный отель ни за что не порекомендую никому!!!!!!!!!!

Stay at the Memories Flamenco Cayo-coco from 11 to 22 June 2021. The most beautiful thing here is the ocean, the food is relative, but the worst thing is that the cleaners steal the rooms here, I lost my hair balm, children's swimming trunks on the second day of rest, then two days later the charger and concealer. The reaction of the hotel staff is zero, they said that they will sort out their things, do not even wait, it is very unpleasant, the rest is spoiled and no one reacts in any way and does not take any action. It turns out that even things should be stored in the safe, since they have a shortage in Cuba. Very unpleasant.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!!!!!!
