We were at that hotel in the end of June. Rooms are horrible - looks like not more than 2* hotel (you can see other opinions, they are true!). The music from the bar is over loud till 2:30 at night and if you want a rest - forget it! The cleaner is entry to the room anytime, even if you are in the room. Nobody speaks english or russian except the Manager, who don't help you at all. We were with white beach towels and for our regret the hotel's were almost the same. They took ours and we never seen them again! So, you don't have to leave anything valuable in the room!

The hotel has one swimming pool and one bar! All things on the beach are payable! The hotel is on 3 km from the center, not on 1 km.

A little advise - just take all things not serious or you will have a really bad holiday. Just smile!
