Ну очень далеко и своей территории нет.

Сам отель соответствует 4, но ни как ни 5. Территория отсутствует, но это и указано в описание( к сожалению сам не обратил внимание). Добираться до отеля лучше всего через индивидуальный трансфер. На час быстрее, а может и на 2.
