Абсолютное несоответствие заявленному((( грустно( во дворе главного корпуса стройка, стук и грохот целый день, включая время с 14:00-16:00( персонал на клиентов отеля не ориентирован( просьбы через звонок в службу ресепшен остаются без внимания, личный поход на ресепшен с просьбой провести уборку номера оставлен без внимания. Справедливость подсказывает так быть не должно. Грязь в лифте в главном корпусе(

Море отличное, питание достойное, но персонал и заявленный уровень не соответствует ( выше в отзывах сравнивали Xanadu с известной немецкой сеткой, указывая, что Xanadu лучше, увы(
