Coral Sea Imperial Sensatori 5*

Випиющая ситуация произошла сегодня с нами в отеле Coral Sea Sensatori Resort.

Воровство в открытой и наглой форме. Отдыхом это назвать невозможно!

Мы приехали семьей, 7 человек. Разместились в номерах с бассейном. Бассейн общий на несколько номеров. У каждого номера своя закрытая маленькая терасса, на которой можно посидеть на лежаке, посушить свои вещи.

На своей терассе мы оставили надувные матрасы, на которых наши дети плавают в бассейне. Придя вечером с пляжа мы не обнаружили своих матрасов((((

А течении четырех с половиной часов мы не могли добиться от отеля никаких внятных действий((( постоянные "подождите пол часа", "подождите еще", "мы вам сообщим", а по факту никаких действий, хотя камеры наблюдения находятся напротив нашей терассы и никаких проволочек с их просмотров быть не должно было!

В итоге уже к полуночи, когда мы уставшие вызвали в отель менеджера Мина, он привез нам один (!!!) из двух матрасов. Не поверите, он был у соседей, живущих с нами через номер!!!

Никаких внятных объяснений!

Никаких извинений!

Второй матрас на наших глазах этот же менеджер вынес из другого номера!!!

И вновь никаких извинений со стороны отеля или менеджера!!! Нам простов вернули наши вещи!

Это что такое????

Это значит, что любой желающий может зайти на територрию нашего номера и взять то, что ему понравится???

Никакой защищенности???

Никакого спокойного отдыха???!!!

Завтра мы запланировали мероприятие, у нас день рождения у ребенка. Мы все на нервах и не чувствуем себя спокойно!

Я не знаю с чем связано такое отношение отеля к туристам. Это очень неприятно!

Мы в Египте не в первый раз, но с таким безобразием столкнулись впервые(((

A terrible situation happened to us today at the Coral Sea Sensatori Resort.

Theft in an open and arrogant manner. You can't call it a vacation!

We came as a family, 7 people. Stayed in rooms with a pool. The pool is shared by several rooms. Each room has its own closed small terrace where you can sit on a sunbed and dry your things.

On our terrace we left air mattresses on which our children swim in the pool. Arriving from the beach in the evening, we did not find our mattresses ((((

And for four and a half hours we could not get any clear action from the hotel (((constant "wait half an hour", "wait another", "we will inform you", but in fact no action, although the surveillance cameras are right in front of our terrace and there should not have been any delays with their views!

As a result, by midnight, when we were tired, we called the manager Mina to the hotel, he brought us one (!!!) of two mattresses. Believe it or not, he was with the neighbors who live with us through the room!!!

No clear explanation!

No apologies!

The second mattress was taken away by the same manager in front of our eyes!!!

Again, no apologies from the hotel or the manager!!! We just got our stuff back!

What is it????

This means that anyone can enter the territory of our room and take whatever they like???

No protection???

No relaxing holiday???!!!

Tomorrow we have planned an event, it's our child's birthday. We are all on our nerves and do not feel calm!

I do not know what is the reason for this attitude of the hotel towards tourists. This is very annoying!

This is not the first time we have been in Egypt, but this is the first time we have encountered such a disgrace (((
