Coming from busy London, we went on this family winter break to Egypt to get away from the stress and cold weather, and we were not disappointed. From the brilliant food, views, weather to staff and general service, we were extremely satisfied. The catering staff and animation team in particular were wonderful, putting their all into their work. We felt so looked after the whole time we were here, with honestly nothing to criticise. The hotel is constantly kept clean and well managed, maintaining professionalism. We were lucky enough to spend Christmas and New Years here, and the food and entertainment was brilliant. The food in general has been fresh, and of a very diverse selection everyday, with different themes for every dinner such as seafood and oriental. We tend to go to all inclusive resorts often as a family, and this has probably been our best stay yet. There is a photography team at the hotel who we did a photoshoot with and the photos turned amazing, we highly recommend getting your photos taken here. We also used the spa services which were great value for money, and really helped us with relaxing this holiday. Would specifically like to thank Amsa for doing such great treatments so well. We would like to reiterate how fantastic the entertainment team were here, hosting a variety of activities such as stretching and volleyball. Thank you to Aliya, MoMo, Aslan and the rest of the team. Overall, we would like to recommend this hotel, as it absolutely lives up to its description of a five star hotel. Hope you have as brilliant of a stay here as we do!
