Unfortunately I experienced a disgusting attitude. I made a booking on the official website paying by card of my friend online. After my checking out the hotel charged the card again! I texted the hotel asking to reject the transaction (because if my friend did not confirm the transaction the bank would block the card. He could not have his card blocked because he would not able to reissue his card). The answer was: we are going to check everything. After that there is no answer! I have being ignored. I paid twice for my vacation (1860 instead of 930 dollars) and nobody is about to solve the problem. The hotel robbed me. I can show all the printscreen of the bank statements and messages. It is shame of you, Cinnamon Bentota Beach.
