Ужасное отношение к клиентам. Приехали в отель, нас отказали заселять, обманывали, что в номерах нет света, отправили в другой отель Anatolia, который был весь прокурен и рядом со стройкой.

Только после жалобы в Островок, заселили на 2е сутки. Дали номер на 5 этаже, ресторан на 6 этаже и в номере всю ночь слышно, как двигают тяжёлые стулья по полу. Даже никто не догадался приклеить мягкие ножки на стулья. Помыться под душем нереально, с него льётся просто на стену. Мы всего приезжали на 3 ночи, впечатление испорчено в целом от страны, больше не приедем.
