Уважаемая MARINA,
Благодарим за выбор отеля для Вашего отдыха и за то, что уделили время для данного отзыва. Нам очень жаль, что мы не смогли в полной мере оправдать Ваши ожидания от отдыха в нашем отеле, несмотря на все старания нашего персонала.
Отель всегда учитывает недочёты и по мере необходимости предпринимает меры для улучшения качества обслуживания гостей.
