Конечно, в России уже есть отели, которые и дорожат своими клиентами, и заботятся о каждом своем госте индивидуально, НО это не про Ялту-Интурист... Забронировала себе на весну отдых с детьми и мамой. Но, за пару дней до отдых попала с больницу. Хорошо, что с мамой собирались ехать, а то бы дети вовсе не поехали. Мало того, что я осталась без отдыха весной, так "радушный" отель решил меня еще и наказать - не начислили баллы за это бронирование по программе лояльности, то есть летний отдых мне обойдется значительно дороже, чем я планировала. "Спасибо" Ялта-Интурист за такое отношение к своим постоянным гостям😞
