I went with the family and it was a birthday and I informed them about it. The staff truly impressed me with their friendliness and attentiveness. They even made my birthday celebration extra special by decorating the room with balloons and a card upon arrival. The delicious cake and singing during dinner were amazing touches!

Beyond the birthday surprise, the staff consistently went above and beyond, answering questions and recommending activities, they ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience.
