Hello, we have been between 1- 8 July, there disapointed almoust in eveything. We came already 12 years in the row in Turkey, but this hotel was the worst from all viseted.

We arrive at Lunch, went to restaurant - all tabled are uncleaned, we ask 3 waiters to clean and set up one table but eveyone ignored ( we have been with 2 kids), Ali - a rekon one of supervisour ask me: if i speak german - i sad no, so he ignored me as well, i show with my hand and point to table - that we need to clean and set up table - but again ignore, finally i cleaned myself the table, all dirty plates just moved on anoter table which obviosly was already uncleaned.

Finally we sit down, but another surprise - all other: planty of flyes - so imposible to eat, flyes on food, of your head, tables, even in coffe - was very iritating cause was dificult to eat.

Next to us was family from Germany - they were very disapointed, as she sad that even her husbund is Turkish - very misarable service and NO ONE SALUTE THEM DURING 11 DAYS ( No good morning, no hi, no bye), all waitress actually on purpuse were not looking at you cause they did not want to be asked for clean tables, bring kutlery (which are missing from tables) etc.

Room was not fresh at all - need refurbisment, cleaning was very poor - as floor was not cleaned, toiled not desinfected and cleaned, sink was blocked - so water was with water, frige broken - by my request - they change the fridge.

Lifts dirty - like staff lift, teritory untidy - so rubish was laying days on loan.(i show all this fact to guest relation - Myriam).

Food - 80% not itable, i was eating pasta and rise and salats, one woman come to me and Myriam (guest relation manager) sad that she feel bad after fish, i try fish - was not fresh - and no one was eating fish - as tray was full.

Water mellon not fresh as well - first time in Turkey.

To be obiective - there positive fact, but to less to cover all bad one.

Positive - good breakfast, good beach, nice reception and THE ONLY ONE PROPER WAITER - WAS IN RECEPTION LOUNGE BAR - he was very positive and nice atitude - all waiters from restaurant - very MISARABLE ATITUDE. REASON - cause they do not have a proper manager, who will lead, motivate and show an example.

Overall - holiday was dispointing ( as in all 11 hotles stayed before - we were happy). Specially prices this year increased a lot in Turkey.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTELL AND BIG ADVICE TO MANAGEMENT FROM KAYA HOTEL : - TO WORK AND TO BE CLOSE TO STAFF, - BUT NOT TO BE SOMEWHERE WHERE UNVISABLE.
