my son scratched his back until he bled in Santa's house that stood in the main lobby of this hotel!

The first thing I heard was a question with a claim! and we flew there to celebrate our son’s birthday!!

to which I answered her that now they have a lunch break at the children's club!!! that's why the children are with us in the lobby!

Apparently the same manager Sarah didn’t care about the size of the T-shirt for him and they gave us a size for a newborn! but just a couple of days before, my son celebrated his 8th birthday there!

Do you also know how the hotel decorated our room for his birthday? toilet paper! Are you shocked again?! and us! A month has passed since we returned, but I can’t forget this vacation, this hotel!

The only good employees we met at this hotel were the client manager Katerina and the children's club employee Nourhan!

мой сын расцарапал спину себе до крови в домике санты, что стоял в главном холле этого отеля!

когдв я подошла к менеджеру Саре, с вопросом как такое вообще возможно в семейном отеле, где отдыхают дети, она мне ответила: "А почему ваши дети не в детском клубе?" да! представляете! вместо извинений! первое, что я услышала это вопрос с претензией! а мы прилетели туда отпраздновать День Рождения сына!!

на что я ей ответила, что сейчас у них в детском клубе перерыв на обед!!! поэтому дети с нами в лобби!

веду ее в домик показать, как его сколотили, там острие гвоздей торчат на несколько сантиметров! об острие одного из них и поцарапал мой сын спину до крови!

но и сейчас она не принесла мне извинений!

она спросила почему дети тут играли? вы снова удивлены, я тоже!

я напомнила ей, что это семейный отель и тут дети везде! и если в или около домика играть нельзя, то стоит его оградить ограждениями! тем более дом построен с рост взрослого человека! это не маленькая декорация из картона!

наконец после этого, моего сына проводили к врачу обработать рану! и конечно сказали, что ничего страшного. Даже врача не смущало, что идет у ребенка кровь и он мог от этих гвоздей получить заражение, может даже герпатит или чем угодно!

когда мы вернулись с перевязки, наконец я услышала слова извинений.

моему сыну сказали, что в номерн будет ждать его подарок. как ребенок он конечно обрадовался, после такого вечера.

но если вы думали, что тут они сделали все хорошо, то нет!

мало того, что лн был точно такой же, как ему подарили на День Рождения в детском клубе отеля, только

видимо все та же менеджер Сара не позаботилась о размере футболки для него и нам подарили размер для новорожденного! а ведь всего пару дней до этого мой сын там праздновал 8 лет!

а еще знаете, как отель украсил наш номер к его дню рождения? туалетной бумагой! вы снова в шоке?! и мы! прошел месяц как мы вернулись, а я забыть не могу этот отпуск, этот отель!

единственные хорошие сотрудники, что встретились нам в этом отеле, это клиентский менеджер Катерина и сотрудник детского клуба Nourhan
