We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Charmillion Club in March 2025. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel’s atmosphere is truly relaxing, with beautifully maintained gardens, stunning pools, and direct access to a breathtaking beach with crystal-clear water.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping our room spotless, ensuring fresh towels and toiletries were always available. The bed was very comfortable, allowing us to rest well after long days of exploring and enjoying the resort.

One of the highlights of our stay was the food. The main restaurant offered a great variety of delicious dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, eggs made to order, and aromatic coffee. Lunch and dinner were equally satisfying, with a mix of local Egyptian flavors and international cuisine. The à la carte restaurants were a great experience as well, offering excellent service and high-quality meals.

The resort has plenty of activities to keep guests entertained. We especially enjoyed the evening shows, live music, and the fun entertainment program organized by the animation team. There were also plenty of sports facilities, including a well-equipped gym, tennis courts, and opportunities for snorkeling and diving. The beach was a paradise—soft sand, clear water, and a beautiful coral reef just a few meters from the shore, perfect for snorkeling enthusiasts.

What made our stay truly special was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. A special thank you to Teresa from guest relations, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She was always available to help, answer our questions, and make us feel truly valued as guests. Her kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression on us.

Overall, Charmillion Club exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s a fantastic choice for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or with family. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in Egypt.
