What was supposed to be a relaxing trip turned into a disappointment.
Terrible hotel!
The room does not match the standards of a 4-star hotel.
My mother and I arrived tired from our journey at 10 PM.
We were checked into a room that was simply awful – it smelled bad, everything was dirty and sticky, and the furniture was old and falling apart. The air conditioner was so loud that it was impossible to stay in the room.
After several calls to the reception, they finally heard us and changed our room to one that was slightly better and still needed to be cleaned.
Instead of resting after a long trip, we were forced to deal with these problems.
Very disappointed!
