I recently stayed at Hotel Granada and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-located, but what truly made my stay special was the exceptional service from the front desk — especially Murat.
Murat was incredibly helpful, professional, and always greeted us with a warm smile. He went out of his way to assist with our questions, gave us great local tips, and made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and kind.
