В отеле процветает воровство! Подозреваю что этим занимается сам персонал! К Русским относятся ужасно, их просто не замечают и не слышат! Еда каждый день однообразная. Напитки ужасные, бармены не охотно и их наливают. На территории есть камеры но при обращение они почему-то или не работают или ничего не видно. У бассейна пропало полотенце и кошелёк со 100$ , ни кто ничего не видел и не знает! Это четвёртый отель в Шарме и такого разочарования ещё не было. Прежде чем туда ехать подумайте! Не рекомендую!
