I was at the hotel from June 22-28. I was given a room adapted for the disabled on the first floor, see the first 5 pictures. I asked the reception to change the room, to which they replied that all the standard rooms in the hotel were similar. I protested and told them that the pictures of the standard room on the hotel's website were not similar to my room. The receptionist smiled ironically at me and repeated the same thing. When I realized that there was no point in talking to him, I went inside. That evening I saw my friends' standard room, which was certainly not the same. The next day I returned to the reception and asked to speak to the manager. I don't remember the manager's name, but he was very polite.
