We stayed at this hotel for 7 days in July with our family, and the experience was even better than we expected. What truly stood out was the professionalism, kindness, and warm attitude of Mr. Kamil at the reception.

From the moment we arrived, Mr. Kamil welcomed us with a friendly smile and was always ready to help with anything we needed. What impressed us most was the way he treated our children – speaking to them with genuine care, learning their names, and making them feel seen and included. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a big difference for us as parents. Our kids were always happy to see him and never forgot to say hello whenever we passed through the lobby.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with tasty and varied breakfast options. The pool and common areas were well-maintained and suitable for families.

But what truly made our stay memorable was the human touch – and Mr. Kamil played a big role in that. When staff members go above and beyond with such warmth, it turns a good trip into a great one.
