The first impression when I arrived was very positive, as the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. Throughout the stay the staff were always polite, friendly, and ready to help with any request.

One of the absolute highlights was the massage service. I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever had in my life, with the Bali girls creating such a relaxing and unforgettable experience that left me completely refreshed. The spa area also included a hamam, which added an authentic and very enjoyable touch to the wellness part of the hotel.

The hotel facilities were excellent: the swimming pool was always clean and well maintained, and there were plenty of sunbeds available. In the evenings, the entertainment was great – karaoke nights created a fun atmosphere and gave guests a chance to enjoy themselves together. The food was varied and delicious, with fresh options at every meal and something suitable for every taste.

My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything spotless. A special mention must go to Sait, who is a very hardworking and dedicated employee – his excellent service really made my stay even better.
