This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The staff is biased and Nazi towards tourists from the CIS. They are only polite to local Turks and Europeans!!!

The hotel is family-friendly, but there should be entertainment for adults as well. However, there is no entertainment for adults, and in the evening, there is a show program that is supposedly for adults, but it is always filled with Turks and their children, including infants, and there is no place to sit or stand to watch the show. To my complaint, why in the show program for adults allow children, the staff and the general manager could not answer anything, and solve this issue, although they said that the show for guests from the age of 16+.

In general, if you expect some interesting animation, then do not wait, this hotel is suitable for you if you have a lot of children.

The only plus is the view from the room and the cleanliness in the room.

The animators are bad, they never say hello, and during my 11-day vacation, none of them were friendly or greeted me. They had the same prejudiced attitude towards guests from the CIS, and there was no rest none of them treated me kindly, did not greet me, the same biased attitude towards guests from the CIS, there is no entertainment of the appropriate "Premium" status. The reception staff does not know their job, they will not solve the issue or problem in any way. The main managers do not work at all, they are never in the hotel! We were assigned a personal assistant, Gulnaz, who was the only staff member who was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not premium in any way, it is not worth its rank and stars.

The food is monotonous and tasteless, and the restaurants are either open or closed, which is a strange system.

Предвзятое и НАЦИСТКОЕ отношение к туристам с СНГ. ПЕРСОНАЛ ВЕЖЛИВО ОТНОСИТСЯ ТОЛЬКО К СВОИМ МЕСТНЫМ ТУРКАМ И ЕВРОПЕЙЦАМ!!!

Отель семейный, но при этом должны быть развлечения и для взрослых, но ноль развлечений для взрослых, вечером начинается шоу программа "якобы для взрослых", но там вечно табор турков со своими детьми , начиная от грудных детей, и негде сесть и стоять чтоб увидеть этот шоу. На мою жалобу, почему в шоу программе для взрослых допускаете детей, персонал и главный менеджер не смогли ничего ответить, и решить этот вопрос, хотя сказали что шоу для ГОСТЕЙ с ВОЗРАСТА 16+.

В общем, если вы ожидаете какой то интересной анимации, то не ждите, этот отель подходит Вам, если у вас куча детей.

Единственный плюс это вид из номера и чистота в номере.

Аниматоры вообще плохие, никогда не здороваются, за 11 дней отдыха никто из них приветливо не относились ко мне, не здоровались, такое же предвзятое отношение к гостям из СНГ, нет развлечений подобающего статуса «Премиум». Персоналы на ресепшене не знают свою работу, никак не решат вопрос или проблему. Главные менеджера вообще не работают, их никогда нет в отеле!

Отель никак не премиум, не стоит своего звания и звезд.

Еда однообразная, безвкусно, рестораны то работают, то не работают, странная система.

Этот отель никак не премиум, в персоналы набирают неопытных ребят, которые не знают свою работу, не приветливы, особенно турецкий персонал, нацистически относятся к гостям из Казахстана, и это портит общее впечатление о самом отеле. К нам был прикреплен личный ассистент Гульназ, единственный персонал кто был приветлив и старался помочь во всем.
