I love Tunisia very much and we came for the 3rd time, we chose this 3-star hotel for the sea because of the good coastline

the reception does not help with anything, there are no people who could help with the problems that happen in the hotel! We have valuable things such as documents, money, and put them in a suitcase under our own password, but when we came from the sea we found that the suitcase was broken, we could not open it, now our code is broken! At the reception they only laughed and did not even try to deal with this problem. I am very upset that we paid money for a hotel where we are robbed, you can tolerate anything, but not theft
