Having read reviews about this hotel (problems with hot water, heat, mosquitoes and birds in the main restaurant), I chose a room in the reserve.

I will tell you right away about the huge advantage of the hotel: its beach with palm trees: on one side the entrance is a bit rocky, if you walk a little the sand is absolutely clean. The hotel has a huge green area, gorgeous pools.

But upon arrival in the room a surprise awaited: no hot water, at all. We went to the reception, the staff were very surprised, wrote down the room number and promised to fix everything urgently, this happened again in the evening, and the next day everyone was just as surprised. On the third day, an employee appeared, introducing himself as a concierge and said that there was no hot water in the entire reserve, but they would fix everything urgently. As an alternative, we were offered to change the room to a lower class, to which we naturally refused. On the same day, another blow awaited: the restaurant with air conditioning, for which this room was purchased, was unexpectedly closed, without any comment. We had to arm ourselves with repellents and go to a restaurant by the sea. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, we were given a late check-out (then, however, they retroactively slipped us a paper stating that we had no complaints about the hotel, arguing that the hotel could not afford to lose face). By the way, they only gave us water on the 10th day of our stay, and during that time we had to sprint to wash ourselves, which was especially hard with a small child. No one ever apologized. The food deserves a separate description: breakfast was different only in that they fried eggs, for lunch and dinner there was pasta, fish, and meat. And so every day, absolutely the same set of dishes with a game of elimination: something disappears, the selection is constantly decreasing. The a la carte restaurants are a separate show (by the way, there were only 3 of them): with an extremely meager selection of dishes, the wait for them is 30 minutes or more and they are absolutely no different from a general restaurant.
