В спорт зал не пускают по дресс коду, что за бред вообще, да и в целом за такие деньги можно найти отель и получше, где будет больше клиентоориентированности. Ресепшен и руководство также не предпринимают никаких действия по улучшению отдыха гостей. Поищите другие отели, сюда ехать не стоит.
They don't let you into the gym because of the dress code, which is ridiculous, and for the price, you can find a better hotel with more customer service. The reception and management don't take any action to improve the guests' experience. Look for other hotels; it's not worth coming here.
