We’ve been visiting Albatros Aqua Blu Sharm for 11 years, and we always come back because of the amazing staff. They are the true heart of the hotel — always kind, attentive, and professional. Special thanks to Guest Relation Oksana for her care and to Manager Wael, whose leadership keeps the reception working smoothly.

However, the hotel’s style and comfort have declined: the rooms need renovation, the new reception area is not functional, and the cozy lobby bar with elegant furniture has been replaced by something far less comfortable. I truly hope the management brings back the charm and warmth that once made this hotel so special.

Unfortunately, my experience with the photo studio (Stella_SharmPhotography) was disappointing — poor quality photos, no retouching, and unprofessional attitude. I don’t need compensation, but I do want to warn guests to be careful when booking extra services.

exceptional service and hospitality — the staff truly care about guests. guest relation oksana is always professional

Disadvantages
