We have stayed with my wife and we felt such warm and hospitable service. Personnel is very attentive to every need of the guest.

From the very first steps you feel warm welcome. Luggage instantly is taken care of and delivered straight to your room.

When you place dishes on the table employee kindly provides everything you need to eat and the drink to your table.

Every question has its answer, every call is picked up. Special occasion (birthday) was greatly noticed with wonderful gesture.

I would say that the service is quite unique by the two situations that had happened to me and my wife:

1) We forgot some cosmetics (shampoo and shower gel, that we really liked in previous hotel) in the room we had been upgraded from. We have been provided not only our few bottles but the number of shower gels and shampoos from this brand. Remarkably kind and attentive little present for the birthday that made us feel very-very special.

2) We were a little confused not finding power outlet in the bathroom for the hair dryer. It has so happened that my wife works in a hotel herself so when random survey had taken place she humbly pointed it that she didn’t manage to power her device. The same day the engineer placed a new outlet during the room making.
