I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Cosy Beach Hotel in Pattaya and feel misled by the room description.

According to my voucher, the room was listed as having a “non-specific view”. In reality, there was no view at all. The window faced a concrete wall at a very close distance, letting in almost no daylight. This should be clearly described as a wall view, not hidden behind vague wording.

The room itself was old and worn out. The bathroom was in poor condition: the blinds were rusty, which looked unhygienic and neglected. There was also an unpleasant, stale smell in the room that did not disappear even after airing, making the stay uncomfortable.

I asked the reception to change the room, explaining the situation, but was told that no other rooms were available. At the same time, rooms were still available for booking on the hotel’s booking platform, which raised serious doubts about the honesty of this response.

Overall, the experience felt misleading and unprofessional. The hotel does not match its description or expectations, and I cannot recommend it to other travelers who value transparency and basic comfort.
