i have been to egypt 10 times and that hotel was hardest in terms of entertainment or any kind of fun. it is located far away from Hurghada so you have to spend all your time inside the hotel . the animation team, that is supposed to help you, was a group of 8 people at least. i only know it because i had to watch them eat every meal as the hotel was empty mostly and they were ones of few visitors in restaraunt. if it wasnt for their uniform id say its some rude customers. its sad to watch how the money i payed for vacation is spent on feeding these people. i believe that women in the group had some racial or gender problem with me as it was just cold stares from them.

why do they eat with tourists while good people who really work here have to serve them? its a problem of all egyptian hotels but animation team in albatros for example is usually more interested in clients than this.

the other thing is nighht animation - its some crazy woman singing off-tone some russian songs. glad we had a room with a view to building side - the only advantage of this situation!

the food is good, pizza was fantastic as many other dishes. but its a problem to get yourself a coffee or a juice or any beverage because visitors cant have any access to it , as it was served by waiters , and i felt uncomfortable for asking 3 or more times for any drink. if ur having socialogical insecurities- it would ruin lot for you. as the constant question of a big man (as i think he was sort of boss) on " do you enjoy everything?" when its asked like 5 times a day it starts feeling like. a threat if ud say that u dont like something.
