Rixos Sungate Holiday Feedback
We had a fantastic stay at Rixos Sungate and truly enjoyed our vacation. The hotel offers excellent facilities, beautiful surroundings and a wonderful atmosphere that made our holiday very memorable.
We would especially like to recognize Nazrin, Aliya, and Perizat from the Guest Relations team. They were incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help. Their warm attitude and genuine care made us feel very welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. They are a real asset to the hotel.
A special thank you also goes to Emrullah, the fantastic barman at Marine Pub and Omur at Lotus pub for excellent service, friendly personality, and attention to guests made every visit to the pub enjoyable. They always served with a smile and created a great atmosphere.
We would also like to recognize the personnel at Cactus, Bonsai, and Rixy ala carte restaurants. Their professionalism, attentive service, and welcoming approach made our dining experiences truly enjoyable. The quality of service and attention to detail at these restaurants added an extra special touch to our holiday.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would be very happy to return to Rixos Sungate.
