We absolutely loved the hotel! It’s very beautiful, cozy, and has a stunning atmosphere. The entire staff is incredibly polite, caring, and always ready to help with any request. We’d also like to highlight the kitchen — the food is very tasty and varied!

The rooms are clean, bright, and cozy; cleaning was done thoroughly every day.

We stayed in room 1103 and would like to express our sincere gratitude to our cleaner, Siyam! He is an incredibly diligent, neat, and detail‑oriented employee. Always perfect cleanliness, freshness, ideal order, and a pleasant attitude.

Many thanks to the hotel and Siyam personally for the excellent service and comfort. We’ll be happy to come back here again!
