My name is Irina Kuznetsova and I am from Russia, Ekaterinburg. I had a rest at Al Nabila Grand Bay Hotel, Hurghada from June, 24 to July, 4 2011. It was my 3rd time to relax in this hotel. Amazing! Delicious! The sea, beach, coral, fish were excellent! Identically Al Nabila Grand Bay Hotel tends to be the best hotel in Egypt from every quarter. I can guarantee this fact because I have been in Egypt for 24 times! I took a rest in 21 different hotels of Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh and only in this hotel – 3 times. Rooms, food, services are excellent!!! I would like to pay special attention to professional approach of Amgad Samir F.O. He is on reception and is very attentive and pretty. He speaks Russian very well. And one more! Assistant Front Office Manager – David Samir is very beautiful, elegant and careful, high-bred person. Thank you for such good vacation, excellent mood, attention and care of me, your client! Thanks a lot, Mr Mustafa! He has visited this hotel. Thank you everyone who has built this hotel! I like YOU!!! Special thanks to Eid Ibrahim, Resident Manager!!!

Обслуживание в этом отеле максимум 3 звезды с учётом если вы им даёте чаевые ((((
