Long Beach Resort Hotel & Spa 5*

It is my third time in Long beach. The fact that I choose this hotel again and again says that the quality of servicing is on a very high level. Besides, as a frequent tourist there I can appreciate the work that is being done on the level of management and innovations.

The infrastructure is being taken very good care of. Every year you would find something new: this year the tunnel that leads to the beach has been renovated very successfully I would say. The new entertainment device a kind of Long Beach Eye (London Eye) was installed for children. A new restaurant on the beach was under construction (Mexican) when I was on my holiday there. Thus I want to support the innovative and always improving ideas of the management team in Long Beach.

This year I was lucky to see the galla performance. An impressive festival of food and artists' performance. The festive arrangement of the hotel territory and the nice music, the flowers floating in the swimming pool and the chairs covered with white cloth and golden ribbons, the flowers on every table gave an atmosphere of a birthday party of the hotel. The food was very tasty and the stuff was very attentive and the cooks are to be said -- "bravo!" The fireworks were amazing!

I attended the a la carte Mexican and Turkish restaurants and want to say many thanks to the cooking stuff and the manager of the snack bar Ozgur Ergun. A very considerate and serious person that is very attentive to the guests and takes care that his team of waiters do their job very well. Last year they congratulated me on my birthday and did it very nicely, with great care. The two interpreters that sing at the restaurants give a special impression that is a specific tradition for Long beach, but may be they enlarge their repertoire.

The room was cleaned every day and I have no objections to house keeping. There were fresh drinks in the room bar every day and I appreciate the possibility to drink tea or coffee in the room that was not before, very good!

I appreciate the small library in the coffee bar, but it should be enlarged, most books are in German but what about English?. The Wi-fi in the room is very comfortable you don't have to carry your lap top to the lobby, thanks.

The children animation is quite good but the one for adults doesn't correspond to the 5 star hotel, sorry. Two times I saw one and the same performance. Last year and this year the comedy show with the secretary... I think they can change something.

All in all many thanks to the very good rest! Bring happiness to people as you do and they will appreciate your hard work.

I recommend this hotel to young and old couples with or without children. It is a very good choice and don't forget the sea water swimming pool that also adds to the positive characteristics of the hotel!
