I am absolutely shocked
I want to share an unpleasant experience that happened to me in this hotel. We booked a room for three nights. On arriving at this hotel we payed for all this period, we were tired after a long travel and didn`t pay attention to the fact that we were not given the receipt. Then we decided to stay for one more night and when we were leaving we were going to pay for one more night, but we were told that we didnt pay before and have to pay for all 4 nights. We were in a hurry and didnt have time to call the police and so on. So we had no choice but pay for 4 nights. I am absolutely shocked, I travel all the time, but such a situation has never happened to me before. And I couldn`t expect it in Estonia. I am disappointed and devastated.
