Отдыхала в феврале 2013. При заселении сразу сказали что...
Отдыхала в феврале 2013. При заселении сразу сказали что с нас 5 баксов, показали все устроило. В номере было пыльно, в туалете попахивает. Горячая вода текла очень плохо и с каким то плохим запахом. В отеле очень процветает воровство, за 5 дней 6 краж. Крадут даже с сейфа на решепшене. В некоторых номерах были даже тараканы. Понравилось только то, что отель в центре города, пляж первая линия, питание нормальное.

Dear natalya, i would like to inform you that while check in its not allow to reception to accept any tip,even if the guest pay by him self,also before check in the (f.o.mgr,and h.k.mgr) made check on all the arrival rooms to be ready for guest,so its impossiple that you received room with dirty toilet,also about the hot water,its only be weak from 15.30 till 17.00 because most of the guests at that time were in the rooms taking shower and the water pressure at that time must be weak,any way we are on new project now to solve that problem.about your safe in reception,safe box in reception has only one key with guest(so if guest lost key,the safe must be broken and guset bay for that because that safe at once going to be out of order),that means that no one could open that safe,only the guest could open it by his key,and also we did not recieved any complains about lost things from safe in reception..thanks
