Georgia Palace Hotel & Spa 5*

1. Anything you like to get you should ask at least three times

2. You will see service staff smoking, talking, playing or charging cellphones, but not working

3. Not at ALL 5 star hotel restaurant - very poor menu with New-York or Moscow prices and poor quality of meals

As an example bitter cucumber in traditional georgian salad or improperly cooked french fries (how did they manage to do it i don't know)

4. Playpen instead of cot and for 15$ per night

5. Cracks in the wall in the room #605

6. Dear hotel management please be so kind and make a rampant to the beach for strollers. Its extremely inconvenient to go down the stairs with a stroller and a baby. And once again about staff if you don’t ask them to help you with a stroller they will just look at you and smile - very nice!

7. Make something with sea entrance because it is really possible to brake legs on the stones. Do it like in Egypt: pontoon entrance to the sea. Doesn’t cost much but helps your guests to keep their health.

And a lot of other things making Georgian Palace not a 5 star, but four and at some moments even three...

Dear Mangement you've got a lot of work to do - you should work hard to be a real 5 star hotel

8. Almost forgot: Bycycle rent. Or my God! For 20 Lari (about 12,5$) for 4 ours you receive a soviet bike named Salut.

it is a real shame for a place pretend to be a 5* hotel
