Pre-booked a single room, without discount all payments received this awful view from the window, besides this ventilation of the kitchen, the smells and the buzz is building and then lift, very noisy. Can I rate this hotel a 4 star. Заранее заказала одноместный номер, без скидок все оплатила, получила этот кошмарный вид из окна, к тому же это вентиляция из кухни, запахи и гудение, а дальше расположен строительный лифт, очень шумный. Можно ли оценить этот отель в 4 звезды,
