We're at the hotel for the moment, the building is very nice, but is not finished, there is only the main restaurant and the lobby bar working, no pool bar, no snacks, nothing...the hotel is rather empty and we had to wait 3 hours to get a room.... we asked for a quiet room, we got one next to a screaming baby... lot of potential, but still a flop, to bad...

We're here now and disappointed the food choice as only main restaurant working and same food lunch and evening. We expected a pool/beach bar serving lunch snacks! We booked a garden bungalow but told we have to have a hotel room and have suffered a few nights of noisy neighbours or shop building works going on until 11pm! and yet we would like to complain to the staff specifically for your spa department worker Viktorija Lescova, please give mail us your most important boss?
