LABRANDA TMT Bodrum 5*

DISADVANTAGES: I wouldn't give 5 stars for this hotel, rather 3+. When we arrived to this hotel in the late evening (with 3 years old son) elevator didn't work, staff didn't help us with our luggage, the bed was prepared only for 2 persons and I had to ask for towel, pillow and bed clothing for the third person. They didn't have baby pot and at the end I had to pay for it additionally. During our stay the room maid didn't clean our room at all only changed towels and took rubbish. I've asked in reception to clean our room but nothing happened. I heard one more person claiming about poor cleaning. There are NO money exchange service it this hotel as it was written and NO sport club (a small room with not working running path or some old equipment I don't call SPORT CLUB).

ADVANTAGES: We got promo room but with really nice view to the Bodrum fortress and sea. The food was normal, the staff - pleasant, the animation could be more enthusiastic and try more to do their best. The big advantage of this hotel is that it is situated on the shore of the sea, has it's own beach (it's a pity that a bit too small and only with concrete platform and pierce, no sand) and you have only 10-15 min by foot to the center of Bodrum.

RATING: If we have 10 point evaluating system for Vera Club TMT I would give between 7 and 8 (more then average and maybe even good but not perfect and not very good).
