currently located in the hotel room 504. it is not a 4 star at all. pros: location, friendly staff. perhaps all. Cons: cockroaches in the rooms and not only for us. complained brought as a compliment to the room fruit on the bed at night once a cockroach. tourists went yesterday and scoffed at the reception about insects. old furniture, table lamp does not work, simply because there is no light bulb. double room, but all serving per person, including water and bring just one bottle!

We are in receipt of your feedback and would firstly like to apologize for the issue you have faced .
To be graded as a four star hotel in Dubai we do have to follow strict rules laid down by the tourism ministry and pest control is one of the main concerns. We have a contract with a certified company and spraying and control measures are taken every month to ensure that pests which could come in from guest baggage’s etc are taken care of .
However We have taken steps immediately upon your feedback to refumigate so as to ensure.
