Территория санатория Большая, очень зелёная, ухоженная, цветы в вазонах стоят, много елей и их разновидностей, везде скамейки, качели, лавки, фонтаны, лестницы и пролёты без лестниц, все чисто красиво, на территории санатория находится теннисный корт, баскетбольная площадка, летний бассейн с лежаками, летний ресторан, напольная шахматная доска с фишками.
