Добрый день! Приезжаю с сыном к Вам в отель 26 августа на 8 дней. Хотела бы уточнить про номер, бронь стоит на номер Мунлайт стандарт ланд вью, хотелось бы, чтобы дали с видом на море и этаж повыше. Возможно ли это? Готова доплатить. Благодарю за ответ.

Здравствуйте! В свете последних событий в России,связанных с закрытием тур.фирм. Хочу спросить, в случае банкротства тур.фирмы,через которую мы преобрели путевку в Ваш отель. (В данном случае Пегас).Есть гарантия,что нас не выселят,проплачен ли наш тур? Заранее благодарна за ответ.

Добрый день. Мы отдыхали у Вас в отеле в 2011 году и вот снова едем к Вам. Тогда нам очень помогли с размещение, могли бы вы снова помочь!!!
В прошлый раз помогли заселиться в корпус Violette, и он нам очень понравился. Так как мы с детьми, а этот корпус в относительной отдаленности от амфитеатра. И вид на море был потрясающий!!! Можно ли ли снова туда попасть.
Мы едем 2-мя семьями. Первые прилетают 20 июля 1 взрослый и 2 детей, фамилия Sapunov, а 22 я с ребенком, фамилия Gayduk. Можно ли нас поселить в одном корпусе Violette. Буду Вам очень признательна за помощь :))))))
