- доброжелательный персонал
- хороший кондиционер плюс вентилятор
- всегда была горячая вода (стоит регулируемый водонагреватель)
- плохой ресторан
- у нас не было холодильника
- плохая шумоизоляция - на втором этаже достаточно шумно
