From the time of your arrival in our hotel, you will be given the All Inclusive bracelets, meaning you could use all our services included, even if your room might not be ready yet. The breakfast starts at 7:00 until 10:00.
The beach towels are given at the reception through a 5 euro deposit/per towel, that is returned once you have finished with your towels or on your last day, before departure.

Regarding the weather conditions we cannot give a certain answer since the forecast changes every day. However please note that the weather in Crete tends to be better than in mainland Greece (for example this morning we had some rain, and not it's sunny with 26 degrees). As I already wrote here recently, we (me and my husband) would be your guests for two weeks this September, from 8th up to 22th.
Of course, we indicated some of our expectations and requests in the Booking Form to your Hotel from our Tour-Manager, but would still like to note that all here as well:

Since it's gonna be our very first (!) visit to Crete ever and to your Hotel as well, I am kindly asking you to arrange for us a kind of good, possibly renovated DBL, with bath, on the 2nd floor, main building. Would be great if you can manage the sea view accommodation for us. In some calm, not very noisy location. We would highly appreciate all the above mentioned!
We arrive very early in the morning 8th September, from Saint-Petersburg night flight.
I really hope you can do your best to carry out those our wishes!

Добрый вечер. На сайте написано о комплименте для постоянных гостей. Заранее писали письмо о том, что ранее посещали отель Вашей сети с указанием номера заявки.
