Dear , Golden Tulip Dibba 4*!!! We reserved room addressed to Shateeva Nataliia and Salyakhov Ruzil for dates since January 29 for 7 nights. The reservation was on January 15 and still there is no answer. Very much we ask to answer our reservation is confirmed or not? Thank you very much
