В ходе своего «турне» по Краснодарскому краю посетил немало городов. В один из дней навестил и курортный Ейск, расположенный на Азовском море. Из-за пробок на дорогах приехал под вечер, поэтому пришлось поискать вариант для ночлега. Гуляя по центру, обратил внимание на старенькую, явно ещё советской постройки гостиницу «Ейск».
