Is cooking allowed within the hotel premises?
No, cooking is not allowed in the hotel premises. Within the All Inclusive Premium program we have an afternoon snacks and a midnight buffet /between 23:00 and 01:00 o’clock/ for late dinner. As for drinks we offer them 24-hours at one of the bars within the hotel of accommodation.
Is the children buffet suitable for infants below 1 year of age?
On the children buffet in the hotel’s main restaurant are presented dishes with slight quantity or without any spices. For breakfast time we also offer porridge. But as a whole the children buffet is appropriate for children above 1 year of age. In any case, if you need any support for preparing your baby’s food or you need more information about the ingredients of the dishes on the children buffet, please, do not hesitate to ask our staff.
Are children below 3 years of age allowed in the kids club?
Our kids club is for children between 3 and 12 years of age and it is not based on the kinder garden principle /with kitchen and bedroom within the club/. The animation program is also adapted to this fact. That is why children up to 3 years of age are allowed to enter the club but only with an accompanying adult who takes full responsibility of the youngsters.
Do you allow pets in the hotel?
Unfortunately, pets no matter what kind and size - are not allowed in the hotel.
How to receive rooms next to each other?
If you are travelling with other family members or friends, please, make sure that the information about all companions within your “party” reservation will be send to us /via the rooming list of the Tour operator or direct e-mail to us/. We will do our best and be extremely happy to provide you premises that are next to each other. But as rooms are given on a rotation basis and we only can plan but not predict what will actually happen, such requests are pleased upon availability on your arrival. At least you will be offered the free premises that are at the closest distance from each other. At a later point and upon your request, change of room can be made so that you can spend most of your time in neighboring rooms.
Can I book a certain room number?
You can inform us about your desired booked room number /via the rooming list of the Tour operator or direct e-mail to us/. We will do our best and be extremely happy to provide you with it. But as rooms are given on a rotation basis and we only can plan but not predict what will actually happen with this concrete room number, we can not guarantee on 100% that you will receive this room upon your arrival. At least you will be offered a free premise that is the same type and has the most similar parameters to those of the desired booked one.
When and how often is made the cleaning of the room?
Cleaning and change of towel are made on a daily basis. Change of linen is made 2 times a week. The working hours of the chambermaids are between 09:00-17:00 o'clock. Usually in the morning are prepared the rooms for the newly arriving guest and in the afternoon - cleaning of the "stay over" guests. If you have any requirements about the cleaning hour, please, speak with the Front office department. These requests are pleased upon availability. Please, pay attention that if you put a sign "Do not disturb", it is forbidden to our stuff to enter the premise and clean it!
How to state my requirements about the room?
Every person has his / her own understandings about a good room. That is why it is important for us to know in advance, if you insist for certain type of view from the room, whether it has to be near the elevator, to be quiet, situated on a low or high floor; whether you want two separate beds or both beds to be gather together, etc. In this connection we would like this information to be written down in your reservation form /if the booking is made via Tour operator/ or in your e-mail /if it is directly through the hotel/. Requests will be pleased upon availability but you can be sure that out team will do its best to fulfill them.
How to receive a better room?
If you, upon arrival or during your stay, decide to change the premise you have booked for an upper-class one /for example from a standard room to a studio/, please, ask about the possibilities and price difference your representative, the staff at the reception of Dolphin hotel or the marketing department in Grand Hotel Varna.
